AM I LOCKED IN
No you are not. You are free to join and leave at any stage. If you do set it up and leave LRP, you will forfeit any points that you’ve accrued and haven’t spent them and if you do rejoin you will start back at the 10%. But there is never any penalty for leaving.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER SOMETHING EVERY MONTH
Yes. You are committing to order “something” once per month. It can be as small as a toothpaste or lip balm or as big as you like.
DO I GET THE SAME PRODUCT SHIPPED EVERY MONTH
Absolutely not. There are 250 drops in a bottle of oil so it would be very unusual to go through a whole bottle in month.
You have complete flexibility to order whatever you like. You add what you want into your basket and take out what you don’t want.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO SPEND EVERY MONTH
The minimum spend is that you order “something” once per month. If money is tighter one month you can simply add a cheaper item like a lip balm ($.8.50), OnGuard toothpaste ($10.25), Wild Orange ($14.00) or Moisturising Bath Bar ($12.00) and that’s it.
However to get the most out of your rewards program and grow the % that you receive back in points aim for orders that come to 50pv or more.
WHAT IS PV
PV = POINT VALUE.
These are doTERRA dollars. Every item has a dollar value and a point value. The point value is usually slightly less than the dollar value. Example: Lemon is $13.50 and 12.50pv. For every point you spend, you earn a percentage back. You can then use the points you earn to then pay for more oils or products.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS
Shipping: Amazing! Every time you order on a loyalty rewards order you pay $9.95 and get 10 points back which is actually worth about $11-$12, so you actually make a little bit of money back. For express shipping: you pay $16.95 and get 17 points back.
On your monthly orders: When you first activate your loyalty rewards program you start out getting 10% back on your LRP order (unless you started with a Nature’s Solution Kit - you start out at 15%). This grows overtime to 30%.
Example: If you were to do a 100 point order you would receive 10 points back + for standard shipping 10 points = 20 points to redeem on free product.
For every 3 months that you place an order over 50 points, that % rate will increase by 5% all the way up to 30%.
Example: If I do a 100 point order, I would receive 30 points back + standard shipping so 10 points = 40 points to use to redeem free product.
What does this actually look like?
A 100 point order could be - Past Tense + Lemon + Lemongrass + Eucalyptus + Tea Tree + Fractionated Coconut Oil. Cost $109
I’ll be given 40 points to spend anytime wihtin the next year of free product and oils . That could look like toothpaste, deodorant, Lavender Touch and some Peppermint Beadlets. That’s $62.00 worth of free product.
HOW DO I GET THE FREE PRODUCT OF THE MONTH
Every month doTERRA will send it’s loyal members a free bottle of oil.
All you need to do an order over 125pv BEFORE the 15th of the month and you will receive the product of the month (POM) for free. The oil we are given changes every month and we don’t find out what it is until the 1st of every month but it is a great way to try new oils and build your collection.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY LRP
Log in to your doTERRA customer account https://login.doterra.com/us/en-us/sign-in with your unique member number and password (reach out if you have lost these details)
Click on “Create a new LRP template”
Select the shipping date you’d like your order to process. Days 1-15 of the month allow you access to the free product of the month. (I suggest most people choose around the 15th to ensure you have a few weeks at the start of the month to decide what you want to get that month). You can adjust the date anytime as well to suit you that month.
Add products to your LRP cart via the “item search” or “navigation tabs”.
Click “Review cart” to open up the items added to your LRP cart
Add correct shipping and payment details
Then click “Save”. This will save the items in your cart and this is what will automatically process on the date you selected.
Once it processes on that date, it will automatically update to next months date. Be sure to log back in before that date next month to update your cart.

If you want to process your order early, simple click through to continue and “PROCESS NOW”.
HOW DO I EDIT MY MONTHLY ORDER
Log in (as above)
To the right of the screen there is a purple section with SCHEDULED LRP ORDERS - AUSTRALIA PRODUCTS
Click the #ordernumber under “edit”
This will open up your LRP cart for you to delete and add what you need
Hit save for the order to process as scheduled or continue to process your order early
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONCE A MONTH
Yes. You can order as many times as you like on any date you like and receive points and shipping rewards on ALL orders.
But please note that the free product of the month is only sent once per month, per account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO EDIT MY MONTHLY ORDER
In the event this happens you will be sent whatever items are in your LRP cart. If you haven’t been in to edit your cart after last months order, this will mean you will get sent the same items.
If this happens please call members services to organise a RETURN AND FULL REFUND
How to avoid this:
doTERRA send a reminder email 48 hours before your order is set to process
Once your order processes for a given month, go in and delete out any expensive items, and leave something small, cheap and frequently used in your cart like lemon, until you are ready to log in and addd what you need for next month.
Set a reminder on your phone 2 days before your order processing date to remind you
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM AWAY
You can change where your order ships to and the date it is shipped to work in with your time away.
WHAT CAN I ORDER AS A PART OF MY LRP PROGRAM?
When you first start out on your LRP you may be excited to try different oils that you’ve learnt about and start building upon your collection. You may also find that eventually you run low on some of your most favourite and used oils. But over time I have found, over time, the best way to use my Loyalty Programs is to replace my spending and instead invest into personal care and home care products that I know are decreasing my exposure to the thousands of chemicals found in most commercial cleaning and personal care items that cause havoc on our health.
You have a lot of control over what you are exposed to in the home, from cleaning products and personal care products. So start there, step by step, I went room by room, slowly working on replacing many of the common products we use daily that are linked to allergies, endocrine disruption, and cancer, yet they continue to be sold and used by millions, to natural, safe, plant based products, that actually work.
